Dabraj has over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, business strategy, and operational leadership across diverse business verticals, with a strong focus on the ASEAN markets. He has successfully led organizations through digital evolution, driving profitability and scaling digital ecosystems.

As Chief Business Officer (CBO) of AirAsia Move, Dabraj oversaw eight digital business verticals, including Flights, Hotels, Subscriptions, and Corporate Travel, steering the company to sustained profitability. Under his leadership, AirAsia Move earned global recognition as the Leading Online Travel Agency App at the 2023 World Travel Awards. He championed AI-driven innovation, launched dynamic package offerings, behaviour-based recommendations and personalised communications that elevated user engagement, solidified the platform’s market leadership, and created hyper-personalised customer experiences.

In his earlier role as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Dabraj designed and implemented AirAsia Move’s five-year digital roadmap, validating the company’s strategic direction with rapid financial success. During his tenure as Head of Transformation at AirAsia Group, where he led large-scale business process improvements. This included implementation of Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline operations and digitise core workflows. During the COVID-19 crisis, his leadership enabled the processing of over 3 million refunds with leaner resources while maintaining full uptime of critical finance and HR systems.

Prior to AirAsia, Dabraj served as Finance Director at Lion & Lion, a digital marketing agency, where his strategic financial planning and process automation efforts, and investor relations management positioned the firm for a successful acquisition.

His career began at a Big Four accounting firm, where he honed his analytical rigor and advisory skills, laying the groundwork for his future leadership in bridging finance with digital innovation.
